All photographs remain the copyright of Feather & Fauna LLC / the photographer. Buying a print gives you a physical artwork for private display in your home or office. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. You may not copy, scan, photograph for reproduction, resell as a reproduction, or use the image commercially. Reselling the physical print you bought (e.g. second-hand) is fine.

Commercial licensing of an image may be available separately — contact us.

Returns & refunds

Every print is **made to order especially for you**, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. There is no general cooling-off right for online purchases in the United States, and made-to-order goods are excluded from state buyer's-remorse rules such as California's.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, email support@feathersandfauna.com a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it free of charge, or refund you in full.

Color & appearance

Screens and printers reproduce colour differently. Each print is carefully proofed, but it may vary slightly from what you see on your device. Slight variation between prints of the same image is a normal characteristic of fine-art printing.

Privacy

Standard privacy policy: order and contact data, the payment processor, and Prodigi as a sub-processor (name + shipping address shared to fulfil the order). California residents CCPA rights noted.
